As part of its ongoing commitment to fostering equality and combating gender-based violence, Aran Organization hosted a seminar on October 19, 2016, under the framework of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence campaign. The event, conducted in collaboration with UNFPA, was attended by a group of women with secondary education and aimed to raise their awareness of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW).

The seminar, titled “Summary of CEDAW,” brought together Aran Organization members and secondary school teachers to discuss the significance of eliminating discrimination against women and promoting gender equality in all aspects of life.
